What's included in your inspection trip?

Euroland Properties inspection tours are tailor-made to enable you to view areas and properties that only fit your specific requirements. We offer a comprehensive and cost-effective way to view the superb range of properties we offer in Spain, Cyprus and Turkey.

You will have sufficient time with your own personal property advisor who lives in the area to view properties that you're interested in and that are within your budget. We promise and are renowned for absolutely no pressure and heavy handed sales tactics. We firmly believe that if you do not find the right property, then you will still return back to the UK happy with the friendly and professional service you have received and often recommend us to your friends!

Euroland Properties inspection tours are fully inclusive, so all you have to think about is finding your dream home.

DAY 1

• You will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel by your Euroland Property Advisor
• Hotel check in, welcome drink and meeting with your Property Advisor to discuss the next few days itinerary
• Guided tour of areas
• Dinner in hotel or local restaurant

DAY 2

• Breakfast in hotel
• Area familiarisation and viewing of properties selected
• Lunch in local restaurant
• Continue property viewings
• Return to hotel to “freshen up “
• Dinner in hotel or local restaurant

DAY 3

• Breakfast in hotel
• Re-visit properties of your choice
• Lunch in local restaurant
• Information and guidance on buying in Spain / purchase paperwork if necessary
• Dinner in hotel or local restaurant

DAY 4

• Breakfast in hotel
• Hotel check out
• Lunch in hotel (depending upon flight departure time)
• Return transfer to airport for your flight home

All meals are provided during your stay with us along with wine, beer or soft drinks with your meals.

Telephone calls, room service, additional drinks (not included in the menu) should be settled when checking out of your hotel

Some other important information to make your stay with us more enjoyable

• 
  Flights depart on a daily basis from most local airports
• Our Inspection Visits are normally arranged on an individual / personal basis however, if you prefer to travel as a group, then please let us know?
• Don't forget your camera, a notebook and a pair of comfortable shoes!
• It is important to always feedback as much information on your likes and dislikes on each property you view to your Property Advisor – they are there to help find the right property for you!
